Deltavit’s industrial site unveiled in video

An expert creator of future-oriented solutions in livestock specialities for France and abroad, DELTAVIT has strengthened its expertise in 2019 with a new production facility, located in Trégueux, France. With its 3,200 m² area and 2,500,000 litres of production capacity, this daring plant, the largest in Europe in terms of volume, dedicated to the manufacture of livestock specialities, is revealed in a short video.

Deltavit is part of the CCPA cooperative group. This affiliation gives it a special meaning: Deltavit’s teams are committed to working with breeders to develop livestock specialities with a pragmatic approach. Respecting commitments is therefore at the heart of the company’s development, both in terms of the effectiveness of its products and the advice given by its technical sales staff to the farming community. The video highlights this:

• Science is at the service of product development: as a division of the CCPA Group, Deltavit has access to the strike force of its R&D teams and benefits from the most recent studies in animal nutrition. Its innovative products are always backed up by analyses and the results of field trials.
• Deltavit has a galenic development laboratory of over 72 m², called La Cuisine, where its teams prototype future solutions in livestock specialities and other nutritional supplements. This facility enables a new product idea to be tested quickly and the best format found to preserve its nutrients and effectiveness, while making the breeders’s job easier.
• The plant ensures total product traceability thanks to an MES (Manufacturing Exchange System). The plant’s inputs, outputs, machines and operations are monitored and recorded in real time. Sanitary safety, reliable dosing, robust packaging – quality is guaranteed to the highest standards.
• The products, whether branded Deltavit, under retailer brands or shaped, are made in France. The company has joined the French Fab, the banner of French industry on the move, which guarantees the excellence of its products in terms of quality and compliance with current labels and standards. The company’s cutting-edge tool provide tailor-made products and solutions for all types of livestock farming.

• 10 liquid reactors (6 stainless steel and 4 plastic) with a production capacity of 500 to 5,000 litres, combined with 5 packaging lines (2 manual; 1 automatic; 1 Bag-In-Box; 1 large volume)
