Deltavit Trégueux: a high-volume line for high-speed production!
The “High-Volume Line” consists of a 5,000-litre mixing reactor, connected to four raw material silos and two packaging lines.
The whole system is controlled by a Manufacturing Exchange System (MES), an IT interface that manages production from start to finish to ensure batch traceability.
Up to 10,000 litres of glucoformers manufactured per day
With the high-volume line, work ergonomics, costs and production times have been greatly optimised:
- Handling of raw materials by operators is reduced to a minimum thanks to the connection with 4 raw material silos, each with a capacity of 30,000 litres.
- The 5,000-litre plastic tank, designed to withstand chlorinated or corrosive products allows more to be produced, and more quickly, without the need for breaks during mixing.
- 2 packaging lines, linked directly to the mixing reactor, fill packages of 10 to 25 litres for one and 100 to 1,000 litres for the other.
At a time when glucoformers* are in just-in-time supply to meet demand from the field in France and abroad, with this high-voulme line, DELTAVIT has the resources to develop this product range under its own brand or under its customers’ brand, while retaining its ability to customise formulas, labelling and packaging.
