MORPHOSTAR PROGRAMME
The MORPHOSTAR programme is specifically designed to achieve morphological objectives that are conducive to a better dairy career.
The early nutritional action it provides enables lasting effects to be achieved thanks to the high plasticity of young animals.
The active ingredients of the MORPHOSTAR core are included in a Morphojunior adjuvant to be integrated into the starter feed. A Morphobaby nutritional supplement is added to the feed during the first few weeks of life to provide the technical dose.
3 benefits of the MORPHOSTAR programme:
- Optimise growth.
- Contribute to early rumen development.
- Improve profitability (better milk production).
MORPHOSTAR: an effective mode of action!
The MORPHOSTAR programme helps to:
- Increase the size and surface area of rumen papillae, thereby increasing the surface area for absorbing volatile fatty acids produced in the rumen.
- Improve feed efficiency by supporting bacterial populations.
- Contribute to improved digestive comfort.
Supporting evidence
MORPHOSTAR is an original programme that makes early structural and functional changes to the digestive tract. The programme has been tested on an experimental station and the results have been published in the Journal of Dairy Science.
Composition
Products derived from yeast, including manan-oligosaccharides and betaglucans, a mixture of aromatic substances including turmeric and thymol. In Morphobaby, the Morphostar core has a special coating and galenic design to ensure early spontaneous consumption.
Instructions for use
Young animals do not eat enough solid feed. Morphobaby supplements the feed to ensure that the Morphostar programme is fully effective.
MORPHOBABY (from birth to at least 3 weeks old):
- Calves: 50 g per animal per day
- Lambs and kids: 10 g per animal per day
- Heifers, ewe lambs and kids: 0.7% in feed

Did you know?
Improving the growth of heifers is a major way of improving the profitability of the dairy farm:
- More milk produced: 200 g extra ADG = 500 kg more milk over the first 3 lactations (Soberon et al, JDS, 2012)
- 1 month saved at first calving = €45 savings per heifer and a 1.5% reduction in CO2 equivalent (Cap2ER).
