Sébastien Merle, who has been based in Quézac since 2014, has just learned that some of his animals have been selected for the national station for Limousin qualification at Lanaud. This announcement recognises the quality of the work he carries out on his herd. Sébastien has chosen to use Bufflo Tonic Axion® for his Limousin cows, and he tells us why…

Why did you choose to work with Bufflo Tonic Axion®?

“My predecessor was already working with Bufflo Tonic Axion®. As the results were good and the animals were used to the product, the choice of BTA as a mineral and oligo/vitamin supplement seemed obvious to me. It met my main objective of preparing well for calving. I monitor my animals and, so far, calving has not required any assistance. The second important point for me is the quality of the colostrum and the fact that the calves can suckle on their own quickly.”

How do you use Bufflo Tonic Axion®?

“I distribute Bufflo Tonic Axion® at least twice a year to my Limousin cows: at dry up, in preparation for calving and then at reproduction, 1 month after calving”.
